ChristNet  A Partnership of Churches Serving the Homeless

Project Homeless Connect 2009

On Tuesday, November 17, 2009, staff and volunteers representing several different non-profit and community groups will meet at ChristNet Center, 22395 Eureka Road, in Taylor MI to aid the homeless in locating the services they require, including food, clothing, hygiene products, medical services, including flu shots and HIV testing, mental health services, family services, substance abuse counseling, and much more. Project Homeless Connect at ChristNet Center is one of many such events across the country that provides information and referral services to the homeless.

As the coldest months of winter will soon be upon us, it is even more important to reach out and help the poor in the Downriver area, and Project Homeless Connect is a valuable program that connects the most unfortunate among us with the help and support they need. ChristNet has participated in Project Homeless Connect, since its inception in 2007.
